We are here to help.
Get Food
If you require our support, please call us before 5pm on Wednesday in order for us to prepare your care package. You must provide us with your address and how many adults/children/babies live in the home.
Pickups are Thursdays between 6:30 and 7:30 pm.

Volunteer
We pride ourselves with having a large fleet of volunteers continuously changing and growing.
The need for our Food Bank increases annually, and volunteers help support hundreds of people.
Nutrition Education
At the Good Neighbour’s Food Bank, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Nutrition Education is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
